Gelousy Earth is an environmental initiative that Gelousy has pledged to take on. Through our own practices we hope to spread the message of renewable pollution free energy, sustainable farming, recycling and other eco friendly practices. Is there really such a thing as global warming? Are we going to use up all of the oil on the planet? Can we really cause the extinction of our own species? Some people say yes, some say no. We are not going to pretend we have answers.
We do believe there are certain things we can do in business and in our personal lives that benefit everyone and everything as a whole. When given the choice we believe it is best to act in an eco friendly manner. Heck, it can't hurt and maybe it will help. There are many things that we together can do today that we believe will have a good effect on the planet and our own health in general.
The planet will be here for many millions of years after we are gone. It is us that needs the help. Through our own actions and the actions of our businesses we can change the mindset of our next generations. Show them the consequences of our actions. From major things like dumping toxic waste into aquifers to small things like tossing a piece of trash out of the window. We can change the mindset to show that things like that are not OK anymore.
We don't need legislation, we need a small group of people to come together to make a choice to do things different. We believe that if given the facts, this small group of people will make choices that will benefit everyone. We also believe that this small group of people will become a big group just by passing the word along to others. Whether through direct contact, or others observing their actions and making the choice to participate.
